If there is a change in the designated pick-up for a student, please call the office prior to 2:45 pm. If you are picking up your child early, please do so by 2:45 pm. The end of the day is one of our busiest times, and we may not be able to contact the teacher for pick-ups after 2:45.  Thank you for your help!

Dismissal Directions:

1. If you drive to school to pick-up your child, please remain in your car.

2. Drive into the north parking lot (at the main entrance/office on 5th Street) 

3. Present your colored cards to a staff member

4. Continue to move forward in line

5. Student(s) will be brought to you

At no time should a car be left unattended in one of the drive-through lanes in front of the school. If you need to come into the school any time during the day, please park your car in the designated parking areas (visitor parking in front of school).

Walking or Parked Parents:

Students meeting parents that walked or those who prefer to park and wait will be dismissed from the south entrance of the school (on Veteran's Avenue) at 3:15. Parents, please present staff with your colored card and your student will be released.

All Students:

Dismissal will be at 3:17 p.m. Students will be dismissed in front of the Jewell wing on 5th Street. Siblings will join the youngest student. Kinder students and their siblings will be located nearest the cafeteria. 1st and 2nd grade students and their siblings will be located on the sidewalk in front of the building. 3rd-5th grade students will be located in front of the main door.

Parents will wait in their car and give a staff member the colored card(s) with student’s and teacher’s name on it. They should continue to move for-ward in the line and a staff member will bring the student to the car.

Important

If a parent does not have the pick-up card with them, they will be instructed to park their car and go to the office where they will show ID to obtain a new pick-up card.
